IDLE HOUR currently has approx. 1,400 sqft. of dedicated studio space available to rent to an individual or small creative entity beginning August 1st or September 1st. The lease also includes shared use of an additional 1,500 sqft. within the studio. WORK ONLY.
IDLE HOUR is a shared studio founded by four female-owned, creative enterprises. We are interior/prop/wardrobe stylists, production designers, visual artists, and event producers. It is important to us that we find a studio-mate who will be a perfect addition to the space, therefore we will be a bit picky in reviewing candidates! The dedicated studio space is ideal for photographers, prop & set styling, interior designers, overstock storage, costume & wardrobe, curators, collectors, furniture staging, gallery storage, artists, painters, sculptors, importer/exporter, small businesses, or other unique creative endeavors.

RENTAL RATE: $1,500/MONTH
Your monthly investment includes all utilities, a single garage space and will accompany a 1-year lease with the possibility to renew. Tenants must have business insurance. Credit check, references, and deposit required. Build-out within space a possibility, within studio guidelines and pending approval. Amenities listed below.
